My facebook account got hacked and the email that I used it on so I couldn't recover it so I made a new one, and then when I go to the timeline page there is no "Get it Now". Is there like a requirement you need or something?

No, you do not have to get it.If you want to get it again ,go to someone's profile who does have it and try it out for a week (i think) or get it.Once you get it you are stuck with it.
