on your profile, there are little tabs on the bottom left corner. There is an icon that looks like people who are all shadowy...click on that...and it will take u to the groups page. Alternately..you can go to the top right corner, where there is the "search" box...and type groups...or whatever else u want to type in (eg Micheal Jackson, Zoolander, Soccer etc)...and the listing for results will come out....the page will have tabs of groups, pages, people etc etc.

In the search engine in the top right of facebook type the name of something you like and if their is a group based on that facebook will return it in the search results

Type keywords into the search box on the left side. It's the same search box used for finding friends. If you press "Groups" at the top after you hit the search button, it will only show groups.
