i've subscribed to some of these services. but they post heaps of things on my accont. does anyone know a website without these account posts? thaaanks!

Hi Lily,
At the bottom of these postings from your tweets
there will be a notice that says something like
"Change the way you get informed" or
stop subscribing
It wil be a link where you can stop them sending you mail
and if you click on it you can stop the email from them.
