Does one can see me if I look at his facebook profile if we are not friends? Or do i then pop up in that friends suggestions if we have many common friends?

if your friends or not they will not know if you looked at their profile

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles. Facebook applications, on the other hand, are unable to track anybody unless they have the consent of the viewer.
