I want to hack my friends twitter theres something she's not telling me and it's important and she tells me everything and she blocks me so i can't see her tweets i need to know shes my Best friend please help me im really concerned !

Good ol' drama.
Hacking takes years of school and work to even attempt it a large website like twitter. Just talk to her, it might be something good if she is your real best friend.
