How to get rid of timeline on Facebook while I still have the preview? - Rose - 11-09-2012 11:35 AM

I accidently clicked on the view timeline app for Facebook, just to see what it could look like on my profile, but with NO intention to keep it. I can't find out to get rid of this preview and I have a week before it goes fully published for the public, how do I get RID of it?

you cant opt out of timeline once you have opted in. you can however still view your profile and anyone else who has timeline's profile in the old style format, if you follow the simple guide here:

There's no way to do that. Although for the moment Facebook did not make a clear statement in any of its official pages about how the upgrade would be deployed, and as a consequence there is a lot of false information going around, experienced users know that Facebook upgrades of this size have never been optional.

Besides, there are clear evidences that indicate that there will be no way to go back to the old Profile. Take a look at the article in the source to see what those evidences are.
