Facebook is now confusing. Does someone know how to do this?

You can't. Just untag yourself, or you can delete the post of your wall.

Yes, you can hide photos you are tagged in.
1. Go to privacy settings
2. Edit settings next to how tags work
3. Next to profile visibility select custom
4. Make it so you can view it only
5. Save
