I've seen on my friends facebook and myspace page that has pictures that were edited to make them look like they were on posters, billboards, walls, floor tiles or crazy other things. I cant seem to find this ANYWHERE! does anyone know what this program is?

google it but its not a program it just takes a photo and puts it over a magazine cover.
