I want to be able to check my Facebook account at work but need to hide my online status (as some of my friends are also people I work with). If I change my privacy settings for 'online status' will I be able to prevent anyone from seeing when I'm online?

I don't know how to hide your status on facebook but if they were able to see you online on facebook then that would mean they were online too so why would you get in trouble for it?
