say i want to join a group but its private. i know the request goes to the administrator but does it show up on her homepage as a request or does she have to go to the homepage for the group and approve it? its a really old group and i dont think anyone is active on it anymore so hopefully it shows up on her homepage

It shows up on her home page as '1 request' just like where friends requests show up.
