Is there a way to keep a friend's messages from showing up in "other" messages on Facebook? - Megan - 11-09-2012 11:43 AM
Facebook has started putting all of one of my best friend's messages into the "other" category under messages. This means that I do not get a notification when she messages me, and it doesn't open a chat box either. The only way I can tell if she's messaged me is if I check my "other" messages. Is there a way to change this?

did you maybe add her to your restricted list?

You can archive that message and it will show up under the archive section.
As other section shows messages from pages, group and not from profile users.
