i want to leave all my facebook groups because i have over 400 and i dont want to go through each one...how can i leave all of them at the same time?? thanks

I got to the friends part but see no part to pages..

Ok, so you go to "Friends" at the very top of Facebook, and under "All Connections" it will show them. Click the X to the right of it. The pages will be mixed with your friends but it's WAY easier than going though one by one.
*EDIT: You can just go to "Friends" then "Pages", and X out the ones you don't want. You don't have to go to "All Connections"

I think you are talking about pages, and not groups, because people don't have so many groups. This guide will show you the most comfortable way to unlike multiple Facebook pages:
