Say if someone posts on your wall 'get the dislike button' and you click on it.
There really is no dislike button, its just a scam so then it will post onto your wall and your friends wall.
If you click on stuff like that it will happen.

It's a hacker/virus they get ur password and email and get on there and post that kind of stuff.

sounds like you gave permission to a facebook app that you shouldnt have

It was either from an app on Facebook you'd recently added, or your account could be hacked. I'd advise changing your passwords as soon as possible.
Facebook has other security measures you could add. You give it your cellphone number, and if someone tries to log on to your account from an unknown device, it'll alert you.
