What do you mean by browse?

Click on the "group" application button. There is a search bar above "Your recently updated groups". Is that what you mean?

On the same main page for the "group" application right below the logo and navigation at the very top is "My Groups | Browse Groups." Or do you mean those links?

on the right hand corner of your facebook page there is a place where it says groups you can browse groups there

You can use this link:

Towards the upper left hand corner are some links. Click "Browse Groups" and you're on your way to browsing groups you joined. Otherwise, you can also search for a group by typing in a name in the box on the upper right hand corner. You'll get a list of groups that are similar to what you're looking for.

You can only browse groups that you have joined, or that your friends have recently joined. If you want to search for new groups to join, search a keyword in the groups application.

To access groups, go to "groups" under your applications in the homepage.
