my friend says my profile picture doesnt look like me, like twice everyday.
it has quite alot of likes and quite alot of compliment comments from hot girls (im a boy)
does this mean he's jealous?

It could definitely mean they're jealous, yes. Or they may just generally think it doesn't look like you because of the angle you took it at or the lighting etc.

You just told us twice as well...and I heard you the first time! I don't think he's jealous...why would he be? Obviously he doesn't think your Facebook picture looks like you!
