Sign COMPLETELY out of any page you're logged into. In tiny print under the 'sign up' section, it says "Create a Page for a celebrity, band or business." Click that and you should be good to go. :]

before you log into facebook there is a link that says "Create a Page" for a celebrity, band or business.
click that and follow the instructions.
