How do I block it to where all my information isn't getting loaded on everyone's news feeds. Why would they be seeing that anyways if they aren't a apart of the group?

the ticker shares all of your activity with all of your friends, unless the group is marked as secret/private

Because they are your friends, at the bottom of a post, there is an icon, click the icon and then you will see a list, click on one of the list to decide who see's it
