so many people on Facebook are hidden is there any way to see their pictures like it says albums profile pictures 20 but i cant see any besides the small one on the screen

Nope . There's none . And i do advise you not to be fool by some sites that provide software or programs that can hack into Facebook id . Beware of the virus it might bring .
People choose to lock their profile for a reason and it is always best to respect their decisions .
