Alright. I'm asking this again, but please help me..
We keep talking all the time..on phone, facebook or via texts.. She laughs on the silliest things I say. Asks me how's her profile picture. And talks to me only, even if there are more people to talk to.. Once, on phone, she said she wanted to talk to one of her friends.. so I said go talk to her.. she said 'nah, lemme talk to u".. She always cares for me.. like asking whether I'm ok when I am in a bad state of health.. Another thing, she's always curious to know whether I have a girlfriend. And my usual answer "None". And if for some reason I could not answer her back on the phone, she gets seriously angry and shares the heck out of me.. n then her questions.. "Who were you talking to? WHY did u not reply when *I* was calling?".. as if she's very important
well actually she is the most important girl 
Me.. I like her.. And if she does like me, is she giving any signs? Should I confess? I'm kinda shy.. actually very shy and that spoils everything.. I'm afraid she'll ignore me if I say about it.. Please help..

She likes you a lot. Everything you said here only happens when a girl really, really likes you a lot and she made it clear to you. You have two options. One is to Ignore her and not tell her how you feel about her. I can tell you from personal experience, when a guy did this to me, I was over him and the feelings shut down immediately if not sooner. So, this is only a good option to get rid of her. The second option is to get some courage, man up, and just tell her simply that you like her and she is important to you.
She really likes you but nothing lasts forever.

i think you should confess your feelings! All you've written here makes it clear that she really really likes you.
Moreover,a girl never behaves this way unless she is actually interested in you!
so i would suggest you go and tell her before she misunderstands your silence for a "Not interested" signal!!All the very best:-)

She definitely likes you but wants you to make a move first..
Her indications are really cute
You should try asking her the same questions to her whether she has a boyfriend or not??which friend would she like to become her partner??
These can be indications whether she likes you or not..positive responses of such questions will boost your confidence and tell her all that you feel..
But I don't think you should delay any further and should definitely go and tell her..

its obvious that she likes you but try and find out first if she has a bf or not. what i mean is try to find out if she behaves like this with every other guy or is it just you. but mostly she is interested in you and girls mostly want boys to make a move first so go ahead as life is too long but the time you have is too short. confess it to her as you like her and do not have the fear of rejection(which is very unlikely in ur case).
