So recently, animated ads have been surrounding the facebook website on my laptop, but not on my other computer. I think it might be called "Daily deals"? Is this something new or what..
I used Chrome. I tried all my other browsers and they have ads too. And nvm it's not called Daily Deals haha.

It might be because:
1) you're using IE.
solution: use Chrome/Firefox
2) If you're using Chrome/Firefox already, get AdBlock

i think is nothing to do with facebook.
you need to get a better antivirus on your computer.
for example : eset , avg

change to another browser such as IE, foxfire or 360 browser!
