I've joined far too many groups and I'd like to leave many of them very quickly, so I need a quick and efficient way of getting out of them. Please keep in mind I mean groups and not pages.
By the way, I know how to leave groups, but I'm looking for a fast way to leave many of them. Thanks to the first answerer though for their time.

first go to home.then click groups it will say whatgroups ur in.click the group name and a little bit under the picture of the group it says report group and leave group. press leave group and it will say r u sure? press yes and do thaT 4 every group u dont want to be a member
