Please I really need someone to delete them, I would be so so so grateful, you have no idea how desperately I need them off the internet! Please delete them or atleast try? It would mean a lot, thanks x
These are images of one of my close friends, she used to have a twitter and Facebook account and these were her profile pics, but she really needs them to be deleted

How about you tell us who owns the images and the account?
If they are your images, and they are on a server that you have access to (your account), then you can upload new, blank image file with the exact same name.
