but i don't i need a new facebook acount because's i need a fresh start away from my old friend's too meet some new friend's can you help me to do that please's. I need some help to do it could you show me how to do it please's.! there are some other thing's i need help with aswell.?

Did you forget to enter your dad's and mom's birth date, I remember that error is commonly caused by forgetting them.

it's against the rules to create more than one facebook account, that's why it's giving you that message
