Actively take part in Twitter, you will get more real followers. That's the natural way of collecting more and more real followers.

Hey, don't go asking people to do the "follow back" method with you. Its inefective, you won't have enough followers at the end of the day and its really time consuming.
I suggest a twitter exchange website, its really the exact same thing, exchanging followers, follow per follow only its all automated and all you have to do is click some buttons a few minutes every day to get a nice flow of constant followers. This is how some people get to have so much followers!
