I think it is because in case someone say something that's against the law to say or admits to doing something against the law the police can easily find it and arrest them. Bq: I don't have timeline will Facebook switch me to timeline?

I have the timeline, and personally I find it super annoying. I wish I had the old facebook again!

It is good and bad. It is nice since it is a bit more organized with dates however I find that your personal wall is more left out.
