i liked too many gorups so now i cant request people or add people so i want to delete some of them? how do i do it without having to go to the actual page itself and leaving the group one by one? i wanna get it done quick. i've done it in the past but i cant remember how. Any help? thanks.

You go to your friends click see all then it will also have your groups listed there and you can delete each group of like page that you joined. If you actually want to delete a page you have to be a creater of that page. Then you click on pages and it will show you every page you made and you can click x and it will delete the page and yes it can be done quickly!

You go to your friends and then you go either pages or groups. By the page or group you want to delete you will see the little x, and then the groups or pages that you want to delete off of your facebook will be deleted again until you become a fan or join them again hope this helps!!!(:

First of all, the things that you like are not called groups, they are called pages. Although there's no way to remove yourself from all the pages with one single action, this guide will show you the most comfortable way to unlike multiple Facebook pages:
