I want people to be able to find my Facebook profile on Google. I type my profile in Google, but it doesn't find anything. What should I do?

You can't ask facebook to make your facebook able to be found on google? Sorry!

Type Exact Same name in the search bar if it still not showing. then wait for some more time google to catch it

There's a setting for that.
Privacy Settings > Applications and Websites > Edit your settings > Public Search

Account ---> Privacy settings ---> Basic Directory Information ---> View settings ---> Search for me on Facebook ---> Everyone ---> Click the "Preview My Profile" button
Account ---> Privacy settings ---> Applications and Websites (At the bottom left side)---> Edit your settings ---> Public search ---> Edit settings ---> Check in the box to enable Public search
