so i want to delete my facebook for a little while so i can focus more on schoolwork. but my classmates have made a group where we share study guides and answer eachother's questions about assignments ect. is there any way i can link my email to that group so i can read those post etc? or is there a way i can limit the amount of time i can spend on facebook electronically (like a countdown timer, maybe a weekly allowance of time allowed on facebook? any reccomendations for keeping myself off facebook? i wouldnt say im addicted or anything, but i just have a habit of spending alot of time on facebook.
