So I just made a twitter page and I only have 10 followers and that's kinda embarrassing,so is there anyway I could get more followers?Also if anyone has a twitter follow me @Britty_Brie.

Be more spontaneous perhaps, and people normally don't like reading long status updates and the shorter ones are catchier and easier to read. Also, think of what you think of has an interesting person and see if you can be like that by adding a little pah-zazz to what you say

Is your intention for followers make you feel more special? All are the same. Followers wont carry a good deed afterlife and it is also wasting time. But, if you have a plan to influence them and show the beauty of Islam , that is good. Remember, don't waste your day updating twiiters abt your life. Allah is watching you and expecting you. You should be feeling and be working hard each day to be a good muslim.
