I want to poll my friends on facebook, but I can't find the "Ask a Question" option. It's supposed to be next to the "Update Status" and "Add Photo/Video" options but it's not there.
How do I allow Facebook Questions to allow me to poll people?

Yes, You are correct. It SHOULD be by Update status Add Photo's ect. There a two(2) ways.
1.) You can try from your "News Feed" And see if you can ask your question there.
--OR--
2.) Go to your Timeline and see if you can ask your question from that way.

1. Click "Ask Questions" button next to "add photo/video" and "status updates".
2. You can goto facebook.com/questions to view previous participated questions.
