I already tried copying and pasting and it doesn't change. Can anyone help?

Does Twitter allow including HTML tags along with the text?
You can try it by adding a <b> tag in front of some text and then a </b> following it.
If that text appears in bold face when you look at your page, then they do allow HTML. The next step would be to look up which features you want to change (color, font-size, font-style, etc). You can do that on the site linked below. It also has a "try it" feature that allows you to experiment and quickly see what the result will look like.
