I am admin on a selling page on facebook, 'Homemade In The East Midlands', People in the group post pictures and info of their items to sell them, only recently someone has said that these people and me for being the creator of the group, should be registered and must comply with all the regulations only i dont know what they are so if anyone could post a link for me to read a list of them online (because i cant find any!) or if someone could quite simply break it down for me as i didnt know this and obviously dont want to break the law and would like to inform my sellers of the rules if there are any,
Any info would be greatly received! Thankyou x

'Homemade In The East Midlands' Do Not Take Any Liability Or Responsibility For Anything Sold In This Group. Please Check Regulations On Selling Certain Items And Then Do So At Your Own Risk.
Would that cover me as the creator of the group?

Local , national and international law can differ
are they talking about YOU registering as the head of a company or group
I which case You can be liable legally for wrongdoing of your group
Be Sure of any rules or laws, before you Agree to anything.
East Midlands Council or Trading Standards would be a good place to ask
