I sometimes see stuff like "Free tickets to (artist)". Do they actually give you free tickets?

No I doubt that they do---it's probably only a scam.

As per the statistics most of the middle class people use it more and the ads help these guys to dream about the products to buy and many companies now provide Cash On Delivery which is working.
