I dont want to hide just one person i want to hide people joining groups

okay go down to the bottom of the page and click edit options, then type the name of the person you want to hide in the box under the word hide.

Aside from hiding your friends who join the pages, there is only one option I know of.
If you use Firefox, there's an add on Facebook Filter which lets you remove 'became fan of...' and many other annoying news.

ok well go into edit options at bottom of page and block groups
