We can't view pictures that are stored on your computer, you would need to upload the image to the internet to allow others to see it.
However, for me, if I go to my facebook "Home" section, about 5 links under my profile picture is a link that says "Adverts and Pages" thats what you want! If you can see it, try using the facebook search option for Adverts and Pages.
