Is it possible to get notified when someone views your facebook profile, or is it just a fake? is there any way that people could find out that uve viewd their profile or their pics?

no there is not a way to do either of those things.

There is no way for anyone to tell who is viewing your profile or photos.
This is against facebook policy.
There are some applications out there like Fan Check, Stalker Check etc. that appear to check who views you the most, but in the fine print is explains that it only checks user interaction. For example, who you chat with the most, who comments on your photos, posts on your wall etc.

only if you comment or post something
although their are applications that count it for some reason, i don't let those applications have access to any of my stuff so i don't know that much about them
