me and my friends were joking around after school and he did a video of me answering some random questions, and over 100 people liked it on facebook, and alot of people told me they liked it alot. it was just me answering questions, what was so funny about it? he posted a youtube version too.

facebook likes and youtube likes differ... GREATLY.
on facebook, they just "like" it... mostly not because they "liked" it. it's just a way of courtesy.
on youtube, welcome to the internet.
so far, you have a small amount of viewer -- i wouldn't say it's "popular"
but 100 likes on facebook? it means that either you are popular (have a lot of friends), or it was shared, or it was posted in a group with lots of likes, or it was shared in a network...
you got your first dislike. welcome to the real world. hubris kills.

You have 143 views on that video as of this writing, that's more than the 100 likes on facebook. So....what's the problem? It's doing BETTER on Youtube.
