How can you block someone on Facebook from seeing everything without having to delete them? - no one - 11-09-2012 12:20 PM

I have a few family members on Facebook that are always looking into what I'm posting and basically ruining it for me. I want to block them fully so they cannot see my updates in the little newsfeed bar in the top right corner, they can't see anything on my profile, and they can't post on any of my statuses and stuff. Is there a way to block them without having to remove them?

I've already tried a few things such as changing who can see my status updates, but that's not working.
