I wanna post pictures and videos to my Facebook group but they only have the options to take a picture with my webcam or from my computer is there a way to post a picture straight from the website i saw the picture or video?

You have to save the video or picture to your computer. Then, where you type a comment, click upload picture FROM computer. Same with video. Click video and upload from computer.
