They are not listed on my facebook & I don't know where to find them...I can see them on facebook mobile but I am not able to leave the groups from my mobile...any help??

Try typing the word groups into your search ball on the top right of the facebook page. Or, look at the bottom where some applications may be bookmarked. If it is not there, go to the bottom left corner where it has the facebook symbol press it then go to "edit" which is on the top right of the little pop-up.
