So, I was on my Facebook page. I use a browser called google chrome for it's speed and looks. I'm using the operating system windows 7 on an emachines computer. I went on firefox to look if the ads were on there, and nope! It was regular Facebook. Does anyone know what's happening here?

Google adds ads to Chrome so they can make some extra money.

Dude, use adblock plus from the chrome web store, which will block the ads from all sites
