First you need to create a friend list with all your friends in it. Go to the top bar of FB and click friends. When that screen loads, on the left is a list of all your friends lists and at the bottom is create. Click create.
This will take some time, sorry there seems no way to do it quickly but you will have to click every friend you have. When you are done, name the list "All friends" or something so you can identify it quickly.
Save the list.
Go to email, click create and type the name of the friends list. Voila!

Wow! You just had to mention that you have 500 facebook friends! That is just shallow!
Nobody! I mean nobody ACTUALLY has 500 friends in real life!
You know what? I'm not even going to tell you how! Because? I just think you don't deserve it.

Create a group with all your friends. Then you can email everyone in that group.
