To chat with your friends, you both need to have Yahoo! Messenger:

Hi Aryan,
I think best way to solve this problem is follow to this link http://address.mail.yahoo.com/ and import your contact from your Facebook account, and try to login again to the messenger.

You can only chat with FB from Messengers 8.1 thru 9, version 10 does not allow any social site plug-ins, like FB, Myspace and Youtube.
