You cannot buy fans or likes...im not sure if its illegal but it certainly sounds ridiculous... If you want to buy something you should advertise your page on facebook, first you will need to convert your personal account to a page

Why would anybody in the world buy a like or a follower? That's the most stupid thing I have ever heard in my entire life of existing. Oh my god. And no, it's not illegal since no one ever had that idea.
