I have some videos I don't want certain people to see but I don't know how to change the settings..

When you upload a video, it allows you to change the privacy setting right there. But if you didn't do that, then click on the video, click on "Edit this video" and then on "Privacy" change it to whatever you like. If you want to hide it from certain people, click on Customize and type in the names of those people under "Hide this from" I hope this helps.
