She is my friends sister I don't think we ever met even and actually even though its a bit odd I don't care so much but my gf does not like it should i keep the liker blocked or don't worry about it?

Your girlfriend should understand that you do't talk to this girl, but if you want to keep your girlfriend not mad at you, i would recommend you to delete this girl.

Some people like stuff more than others. I have a few acquitances that I met once and they like my stuff allll the time. Maybe put her on limited profile so that you don't have to delete her (too rude) but so that she can't see all your posts and therefore can't like them!!

There's some people on Facebook who like everything. I wouldn't worry about it.
