You should be able to play it on first generation iPod Touch, because the app was created for all generations of iPod Touch's and also iPhone's.

Angry Birds, yes.
Facebook game apps, depends on if there is an app for that.

You can play angry birds on your 1st gen, but you can't play facebook games unfortunately.
