I recently signed up for Facebook and my friends are telling me to get timeline but when I follow the instructions it says "Go to this page and click "get timeline" but when I go there there is no "get timeline" button or link. Anyone know why this is? Is it related to the fact that I've only just joined Facebook?

Iv been on Facebook for 5 years and I want a time line but I don't know how to get on myself

Yes, if you haven't done anything on Facebook yet, there wouldn't be anything on the timeline, therefore you don't have one.

Because you haven't been on long enough to get a time line history.

Go Here http://www.facebook.com/timeline if it will let you upgrade it will say towards the bottom get the timeline if it doesint says it than its not going to let you upgrade to the timeline hope i helped

sync it to your pinterest account, and it will be auto-converted to timeline
if you dont have a pinterest account, ask for one in a new question, and include your email address
