I accidently upgraded to the new Facebook timeline thing, and I hate it
I really need to fix it! I know there's a way of hacking something but that's a bit too technical for me so can someone PLEASE help me?? Thanks

i have the same question. they all say to open
Step 1:
Open this URL https://developers.facebook.com/apps and click on “Edit App“.
Step 2:
On the left sidebar, click on “Delete App“.
Step 3:
Now Click on “Confirm“. Then click "okay"
Your Facebook Timeline App is deleted and your profile is now back in the old Facebook Interface.
but ive had no success.. its not an app in the first place for me. im confused! help us!

same problem with me.....accidentally clicked it n den....smash.......me beautiful propic gone..n instead dis awful thing...i jzz hate it....atleast they should have kept an option/link of coming back to the old format .....dis is just awful...

Although for the moment Facebook did not make a clear statement about the deployment of the upgrade in any of its official pages, and as a consequence there is a lot of false information going around, experienced users know that Facebook upgrades of this size are never optional.
Besides, there are clear evidences that indicate that there will be no way to go back to the old Profile. Take a look at the article in the source to see what those evidences are.

Unfortunately you can't remove it. Facebook has officially released the Timeline for everyone.
Soon it will become the new profile for every Facebook user. All you can do is start to delete, hide posts and pictures that you don't want the rest of your friends to see!
