Weird to facebook friend request someone with no mutual friends? - Joe Drencher - 11-09-2012 12:38 PM

I am 17 and I just got a job and I want to facebook friend my coworkers. I do not work near my house so many of my coworkers go to different schools than me and as a result we don't have mutual friends. If I friend request these people will they think that I am intentionally looking for them and be freaked out? If someone you were acquaintances with friend requested you with no mutual friends, would it make you feel like you were being stalked or would it not be a big deal?

if youre actual friends with them, then go ahead, but dont be like one of those fa'gs who add everyone they barely know, or have a couple mutual friend with

well if you know them, and they know who you are, go for it regardless of the "no mutual friends issue". otherwise it is a bad idea if you just met them and do not know then that well...
as long as they know you and have seen you around, it should be ok...
good luck Smile

You should ask them first if you can friend them then it won't be that weird at all.
